[Sunday News] Elite lawyers from South Korea’s largest law firm, Kim & Chang, have come together to jointly establish a new comprehensive law firm, "Chowol." The firm's focus is further heightened by the participation of Lawyer Lim Hyun-seo, who has been recognized as an “influencer lawyer” in the media and IT sectors, serving as the managing partner. Lawyer Kyung-hwan Kim, who scored a perfect score on South Korea’s 2012 College Scholastic Ability Test, graduated from Seoul National University’s School of Law and Business Administration. Lawyer Hong-seung Lee, who graduated early from a science high school and completed his Ph.D. coursework in engineering at Seoul National University, brings a unique academic background. Lawyer Jae-woo Park, a judicial examination-qualified attorney, built extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and finance at Kim & Chang.
